EAPH Membership Renewals
This page is for existing membership renewals only. If you are joining the EAPH for the first time, please follow the instructions on this page.
You can either:
a. Print and post the membership renewal form to our membership officer (address on the form), or
b. Complete the form online, save and download it, then attach it to an email our membership officer (email address on the form). The link to the renewal form is below.
***3 steps to renew your annual membership of the EAPH***
1. Pay your membership fee via Paypal (€130) or by bank transfer (€125). (See bank details below)
2. Download and print the membership renewal form, or complete it online and save to your device. EAPH Membership Renewal form here.
3. Post your form or attach it to an email and send to our Membership Officer. (details on form)

Membership Fees
Payment Option 1 by Paypal
- Paypal payment of your fee for full membership of €130 (includes processing fee of €5) for membership period to end February.
- Paypal payment of your fee for associate membership of €55 (includes processing fee of €5)
- Your form emailed to membership@eaph.ie or
your printed form posted to our Membership Officer
Please enter your name and email address in the box below and click the Buy Now button to pay full membership fee of €130 via Paypal; you will see a thank you page when payment is completed.
You will receive your Membership Certificate by post or email (choose an option on the membership renewal form).
Full Membership Payment of €130
Associate Membership Payment of €55
Please enter your name and email address in the box below and click the Buy Now button to pay associate (non-practising) membership fee of €55 via Paypal; you will see a thank you page when payment is completed and will receive your Membership Certificate by post.
Payment Option 2 by Bank Transfer
- If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, the fee for full membership fee is €125 for the membership period to end February.
- Associate membership fee is €50.
